    Tender's Details

    BSPGCL invites bids for procurement of electricity on behalf of North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. (NBPDCL) and South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. (SBPDCL) for a 2430 MW (3 X 800MW) Thermal Power Project to be set up at Village Pirpainti, Dst. Bhagalpur, Bihar. The project will be executed on a Design, Build, Finance, Own and Operate (DBFDO) basis, with fuel sourced from allocated coal linkage under the SHAKTI Policy. The bidding process will be tariff-based competitive bidding, involving a single stage two-envelope process for submission of applications and financial offers.
