Forward Auction for sale of Fixed Assets - IT Items(e-waste) as a Lot lying at IRCON Corporate office, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017 on as is where is basis. Detail IT Items(e-waste) list is attached at Annexure-D in General Terms and Conditions. The goods are sold on "lot" basis and not by unit weight/number basis, the entire e-waste material lying in the lot will have to be lifted by the buyer(s) so as to clear the entire lot. The quantity, if indicated in such cases against the respective lot, are purely indicative and IRCON shall not entertain any claim/complaint from the buyer(s) for any deficiency in quantity/quality/size/dimension or for refund of the whole or any part of the purchase money or loss of profit or interest/damages or otherwise.
