Disposal of Unserviceable, Obsolete and Condemned Store

Auction Detail: It is notified for the information of the General Public / Interested Bidders that the Commissioner, Survey and Land Records (CSLR), J&K Revenue Department, Government of Jammu & Kashmir is going to conduct a Forward Auction on the GeM Portal (e-auction) for the sale/disposal of unserviceable, obsolete, condemned and scrap store items on “As is Where is”, “As is What is”, “No Complaint" and “No Recourse" basis lying in the premises of CSLR, J&K, Jammu/Srinagar vide Online bids are invited through the GeM Forward Auction Portal from eligible bidders for disposal of the materials detailed in Annexure-A for Jammu office and Annexure B for Srinagar office. The auction shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the provision so the General Financial Rules, 2017, GeM Forward Auction Guidelines and instructions issued by the Government from time to time. The items shall be sold to the bidder quoting the highest consolidated price for the entire lot separately for Jammu and Srinagar offices. Bids are invited only for the complete lot as detailed in Annexure A and Annexure B. Partial bids or bids for individual items shall not be accepted.
