Auction Detail: Quotation is hereby invited from interested persons/firms for purchase of the undermentioned Condemned Vehicle of Planning & Programme Implementation Department (RDB) on 'as is where is' basis by Public Auction. The quotation shall be submitted to the undersigned on or before 25th August, 2025 up to 12:00 Noon and will be opened at 2:00 Pm on the same day in the office of the undersigned. SI. This amount shall not be adjusted with the offered value. The Quotationers should submit the original EMD along with the Auction ID number mentioned in the portal, Name of Bidder and Contact No. in sealed cover superscribed “QUOTATION FOR DEPARTMENT CONDEMENED VEHICLE.” The Quotationer should also write the Registration No. of the vehicle on the cover of the envelope. The bid up amount should always fall between Rs. 100/- (Rupees Hundred) to Rs. 2, 000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) for any particular vehicle in every bidding. The bid up amount should not be more than Rs. 2, 000/- and should not be less than Rs. 100/-. This is for strict compliance. If there is any bidder who are not in accordance and violate this rule, their bid will be summarily rejected without giving any reason thereof. This has been felt absolute necessity for the fairness and smooth running of the auction process. The vehicles can be inspected by the interested person(s) during office working hours in the presence of Vehicle Supervisor or his representative(s).
