What are the main differences between the 1-State, 5-States, and All-India plans?

The primary difference is the geographical coverage for your daily email alerts. The 1-State plan covers one chosen state, the 5-States plan covers five, and the All-India plan covers every state, Union Territory, and Central Government tenders. Note: All paid plans include unlimited website access, allowing you to manually search for tenders from anywhere in India regardless of your alert settings.

I operate in only two or three states. Which plan should I choose?

You should choose the 5-States plan. The 1-State plan is restricted to one region, whereas the 5-States plan offers the flexibility you need now, plus it includes an extra user login (2 total) for a team member.

Is the price shown a monthly fee or an annual charge?

All listed prices (e.g., ₹2,500, ₹5,000, ₹9,000) are for a full 12-month (1-year) subscription. These are one-time annual payments. Please note that 18% GST will be added to these amounts at checkout.

What does "Number of Accounts" mean in the pricing table?

This indicates how many team members can have their own unique login credentials under one subscription.

What is included in "Unlimited Tenders Download"?

Unlike some platforms that charge "per document," our subscribers can view and download the official tender documents (PDFs, BOQs, and NITs) for an unlimited number of tenders throughout the year. There are no daily or monthly caps.

How is your "Daily Email Alert" different from free government portals (CPPP/GeM)?

Free portals require you to search manually every day across dozens of different websites. Our service acts as curated intelligence; we aggregate data from all sources and send only the tenders that match your specific keywords and categories directly to your inbox or WhatsApp, saving you hours of manual work.

Does the 'All India' plan include Railways, Defense, and Central Ministries?

Yes, unequivocally. The All-India plan provides 100% coverage of all public procurement, including Central Ministries, Railways, Defense PSUs, State Governments, and even small Municipal bodies across every state and UT.

Who is a Dedicated Key Account Manager?

A Key Account Manager is your personal point of contact. They assist with onboarding, help you optimise your alert keywords to ensure you don't miss opportunities, and provide technical support throughout your subscription year.

What if the tender alerts I receive are not relevant to my business?

Relevance is our priority. If you receive "noise" or irrelevant alerts, your Dedicated Key Account Manager will help you refine your keywords (using synonyms or "exclude" terms) to filter your feed. You can also modify these preferences yourself at any time via your dashboard.

How quickly is my account activated after I pay?

→ Online Payments (Card/UPI/Net Banking): Activation is instant.
→ Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS): Your account will be activated within 1 working day once payment is confirmed.

Can I test the service before paying?

Yes. We strongly recommend signing up for a Free Trial. This allows you to explore the portal and see the volume of tenders available in your specific industry before you commit to a paid plan.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access to proprietary data, we do not offer refunds after account activation. We encourage all users to use the free trial to evaluate the service before purchasing.

Will my subscription auto-renew or charge my card automatically?

No. We do not practice auto-billing. You will receive renewal reminders via email and phone before your plan expires. You must manually renew to continue receiving alerts.

Can I upgrade my plan in the middle of the year?

Yes. If you start with a 1-State plan and realize you need All-India coverage, you can upgrade by paying the pro-rata difference. Contact your Account Manager to facilitate the transition.
