I operate in two states. Which plan should I choose?

You should choose the 5-States plan. The 1-State plan is too restrictive and the 5-States plan offers the flexibility you need now and for future growth, plus it comes with an extra user account.

Does the 'All India' plan definitively include Central Government Ministries, Railways, and Defense tenders?

Yes, unequivocally. The All-India plan provides complete coverage of all public procurement: Central Ministries, Railways, Defense PSUs, all State Governments, and municipal bodies across every state and UT.

Can I select any states for the 5-States plan?

Yes, you can choose any five Indian states or union territories that are relevant to your business during the signup process.

What if I need to add more states to my 1-State plan later?

You would need to upgrade to the 5-States or All-India plan. Please contact our support team for a prorated upgrade.

We are a team of 5 people. Do we need an All-India plan?

The All-India plan includes only 3 user accounts. For 5 concurrent users, you would need a custom Enterprise plan. Please contact sales@indiantenders.in for a tailored quote.

Which plan is best for a startup or individual consultant?

The 1-State plan is typically the most cost-effective starting point for individuals and startups focusing on a local market.

Is the price shown per month or for the whole year?

All prices listed (Rs. 2500, Rs. 5000, Rs. 9000) are for the entire 12-month (1-year) validity period, not monthly.

What will be the final amount I pay with GST?

Add 18% GST to the plan price. For example: 1-State Plan: Rs. 2500 + Rs. 450 (18% GST) = Rs. 2950 total payable.

Do you offer monthly or quarterly payment options?

The plans displayed are annual subscriptions. For shorter-term needs (e.g., a specific project), please contact our sales team to discuss custom durations.

Can I pay via bank transfer/NEFT?

Yes. After selecting your plan, choose the "Bank Transfer" option at checkout. You will receive our bank details and a reference number. Your account will be activated once the payment is confirmed.

Will I get a physical invoice or a soft copy?

Can I upgrade from 1-State to 5-States mid-term?

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Due to the nature of our service (immediate access to digital information), we do not offer refunds after activation. We encourage using the free trial to evaluate suitability. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

What happens if I don't renew on time?

After expiry, your account access will be downgraded to a free account. You will stop receiving daily alerts and lose access to premium features until you renew.

We are a large company. Do you offer corporate discounts?

Yes, for multiple subscriptions or Enterprise plans with more user accounts and API access, we offer corporate pricing. Please contact our sales team with your requirements.

Can the subscription be billed to our company name?
