Tenders are invited for Works for Coastal Protection Work under Maharashtra Sustainable Climate Resilient Coastal Protection Management Program at Ganpatipule Dist- Ratnagiri (Construction of Offshore Reef) The complete set of Bidding Document in English can be viewed/downloaded free of charge from the Employer-s e-procurement portal https://mahatenders.gov.in. 7. For bid submission: • It is mandatory for the Bidders to register their firm with e-procurement portal of NIC to have a user ID and password. Any bidder not having the user ID and password/digitally signed certificate (DSC) may obtain the same from NIC on payment of requisite fees. • Bids must be submitted online on https://mahatenders.gov.in starting from 10:00 hours on 18 April 2024 and up to 17:00 hours on 29 April 2024. • All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the Bidding Document and shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the bid. Procedure for online submission of bid security is described in ITB 19.1 of Section 2. Bidder will attach scanned receipt of bid security with technical bid at https://mahatenders.gov.in. Technical bids shall be opened publicly online on the same day at 17:15 hours in the office of the Dy. The “Price Bid” shall remain unopened in the e-procurement system until the public bid opening for the price bid. Any bid or modification to bid (including discount) received outside eprocurement system will not be considered. 8.
