Item Description: (a) Repair/maintenance of EOT crane of capacity 5 Ton to check the serviceability of crane (b) Allignment of gear box platform and coupling including cutting, welding, matching with equial level etc all as specified. (c) Replacement of main wheel bearing suitable for 5 Ton all as specified. (d) Levelling of gantry girders long travel rail both side of approx 50 mtr long by grinding, welding all as directed and specified. (e) Repair/replacement FRLS, 4 core 6 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable on the existing conduit/carrier all as specified and directed.- 100 RM. (f) Replacement of star coupling in between motor and gear all as directed and specified.- 1 Nos (g) Replacement of rope pully upper side 02 Nos 12" size, 02 Nos bearing suitable type/nmbr complete all as directed and specified.- 02 Nos (h) Replacement of U clip 02 Nos for fixing of SWR complete all as directed and specified.- 02 No. (j) Replacement of Gear oli suitable complete all as directed and specified.- 10 Ltr. Note :- Old material will be property of contractor and deduct against demolition for Rs 2000/-
