Tender's Details

Installation and ï¬xing of bird net with all ï¬xing arrangements. Bird net be manufactured from 100% virgin Nylon (Polyamide), material shall be UV stablished to withstand prolonged outdoor explosure. The Nylon ï¬lament shall be non toxic, non corrosive weather resistant and safe use around human and animals. Mesh Size & Construction:- â€¢Standard mesh size: 35mm x 35mm (+5 mm) â€¢Filament diameter: 0.8mm (+0.1mm) â€¢Breaking strength of ï¬lament: 23 kgf (minimum) â€¢Net shall be ï¬xed using SS 304 hooks, eye bolts, or SS 304 fasteners at intervals not exceeding 4 ft. â€¢The perimeter shall be tensioned using a 2.0 mm Â± 0.5 mm stainless steel rope to maintain uniform tautness across the entire span. â€¢All edges shall be securely locked using "C" staples to prevent displacement or loosening during service. â€¢A supporting grid of SS 304 rope shall be erected beneath the net, forming a stable load bearing framework on which the net is laid. This grid prevents sagging, distributes the net's weight evenly, and eliminates excessive tension at the perimeter edges.
