Remarks Agency should have registered in category E2 minimum in electric department Government of Gujarat. Scanned copy of Demand Draft for Tender fee and EMD shall be submitted in Electronic Format through online scanning alongwith all the supporting documents such as Client work order completion certificates of electric work Such work must belong to central Govt State Govt semi government. Experience of Private work shall not be considered Bank Solvency Certificate Related document etc. while uploading the bid. Only Offer of those shall be opened whose EMD and Tender Fee evidence is received electronically alongwith the bids. However for the purpose of realization of Demand Draft bidder shall send them in original through Speed Post. so as they reach to the office of Deputy Executive Engineers Roshni Dept Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation Bhavnagar during office hours on or Before last date of submission 16 october 2026 17 00 pm. Penaltative action shall be imposed for not submitting the supporting documents in original to D.E.E. by bidder. All the successfull bids if possible will be opened on 17 october 2026 17 00 AM in presence of tender committee at the Additional City Engineers Office Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation Bhavnagar.
