The tender process will be completed in a week to widen the road of about 10 km from Intauja to Kathwara via Shivpuri. The width of this three meter road will be increased to seven meters. 18 crore 55 lakh rupees will be spent on this. PWD has started the tender process on March 1, which will be completed by March 7. The construction agency will have to complete the road work in a year. This will provide relief to lakhs of people from traffic jam in a distance of 10 km. Let us tell you that Chandrika Devi temple has been declared a tourist destination as Shaktipeeth. The tourism department has given eight crore rupees for its beautification.
