Item Description: Carry out the following refit routines for both WHR plants. Materials and spares Firm supply. (i) Evaporator shell to be cleaned, gasket to be renewed and leak test to be carried out. (ii) Replace valve kit in NC/NO solenoid valve. Qty: 04 Nos. Replace coil and check functioning of valves. (iii) All pressure gauges (0-7 bar: 08 Nos), vacuum gauge (0 to -30 inches of Hg: 02 Nos) to be calibrated. (iv) Conductivity meter to be calibrated and provide certificate. (v) Cleaning of Demister. (vi) Overhaul Distillate pump (02 nos), Feed pump (02 nos) and Sea water ejector pumps (02 nos). Renew mechanical seal and pump bearing. Spares except shaft, impeller Firm supply. (vii) Open condenser cooling tubes. Chemically clean and carry out pressure test. (viii) Open heater tubes, chemically clean and pressure test. (ix) Check the shell safety relief valve for proper functioning. (x) Replace orifice plates in SW/FW feed lines. (xi) Functional/operational checks and proving the system for designed output. (xii) Calibrate salinometer for proper functioning. Spares - CG supply. Material - firm supply.
