Marking, cutting, grinding and drilling of guide roller brackets and its supports. (Approx length 59 meters) 4. Dismantling of 10" pitch main chain. (Total length Approx. 240 Mtrs.) 5. Dismantling of existing upper track, lower track & supporting structures. 6. Replacement of damaged riser guard in-between the conveyor. 7. Fabrication and fitment of upper, lower track, its supports and check for proper alignment. 8. Replacement of tail and drive end conveyor pieces and its supports. 9. Replacement of Escapement and its supporting structures. 10. Fitment of 10" Pitch main chain. 11. Fitment of guide roller bracket assembly and check for free movement of mould boxes. 12. Replacement of drive triplex/ duplex chains and defective sprockets. 13.Replacement of drive belts and defective drive pulleys. 14.
