Total thickness 0.3 mm, tensile strength kg/2.54 cm-20 minimum, elongation percentage-5 minimum, adhesive to steel gm/2.54- 3050 minimum, weather resistance to pass 200 hours as per SAEJ 1960 or SAE J 2527 in STD XENON ARC base should pass the test, water permeating- passes, oil resistance - passes, alkali resistance- passes, test method, 1 IS 7809 PART II, for sealing against water ingress on all equipment. Size- 6 inch width X 20 Mtr. roll acceptable. makes- M/s permacel/ Johnson and Johnson/ Stanvac. Material to procured from authorized dealers only with tender specific authorization.
