BOQ Item Description: Prefabricated factory made one piece modular sandwich progressive panels, laminated with 0.8 mm cold rolled Per coated GI sheets on both sides with infill as ROCKWOOL as core insulation material with density of minimum 96 kg per m3 for ROCKWOOL and overall thickness of 50 mm. Minimum width of standard panel should be not less than or equal to 1100 mm, cost should include necessary panel to panel joining arrangement, necessary channels and flashings for fixing panels on the floor. The panels will be supplied in colour or as per clients requirement, shade as per RAL codes and with peel off film. The peel off film will be removed after installation and all joints finished with silicon sealant application using masking tape.
The modules will be smooth monolithic surfaces as well as being easy to clean and attractive. Glazing, doors, return air riser systems, process utility piping and electrical equipment shall be easily integrated in modules. GI or aluminium O Grid for walls
Note There should not be any horizontal joint in wall panels of rooms irrespective of variable room height.
