Elastic Belt, 75mm board and 2.25 mm thick elastic webbing stapling in seat frame at 100 mm centre to centre distance, belt fastern in X and Y axies of seat, elastic belt elongation 45percentage tensile strength 350 kg. Foam 100 mm X 40 density Premium Quality foam covered with 25mm X 32 density super soft Premium Quality Foam for soft touch filling in seat. 50 mm X 40 density Premium Quality foam covered with 25mm X 32 density super soft Premium Quality foam for soft touch filling in back. Stiching Stiching work done with well known german brand Aman Gutermann Thread. Nylone and Polyster thread used as per application. Leg made from Stainless steel 202 Grade.
