BOQ Item Description: Ventilator V made of aluminium section 2.00mm thick shall be provided in one set of Each WC Bath. Size of ventilator shall be 450mm x 600mm. All ventilators shall have double polycarbonate 4 mm thick glazed shutter. When closed these shall be airtight and water proof. Suitable locking arrangement will be provided. The ventilator shall have single shutter made up of F7 Z Section. The shutter shall be top hung and shall be fixed to the frame with hinges of suitable size. The shutter opening inwards shall have polycarbonate transparent sheet fixed. The ventilator provided should be such that exhaust fan can be fixed easily from outside.
