BOQ Item Description: To assess the healthiness and dielectric strength of Vacuum CircuitBreaker (VCB) interrupters (vacuum bottles) using standard testequipment to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance with electricalsafety standards. Following standards shall be referred for Testing-IEC 62271-100.High-voltage switchgear and controlgear, IS/IEC 60934 .Testing of vacuum interrupters, OEM recommendations. Test Equipmentshall be of Reputed make only. The instrument shall be capable ofmeasuring Leakage Current in Micro Amps only, Instrument measuringcurrent in Milli amps shall not be accepted for Testing. ResultInterpretation- Compare measured values with OEM/IEC permissiblelimits, Categorize each interrupter as Healthy / Weak / Defective, Provide recommendation for replacement if any interrupter fails thetest. Documentation Reporting-Record test results for eachinterrupter (contact resistance, timing, leakage current in microA).Submit acomprehensive test report highlighting condition, trends, andrecommendations.Payment shall be made for testing of 1 set. 1 set of VCB 3 Bottles.
