Vacuum Fluoride 2 ml Tube. {As per Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (Govt. of India)'s Circular No. X.11035/379/2015-DFQC(Pt) dated 22/02/2019 and Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterp rises (Govt. of India)'s Policy Circular No. 1(2)(1)/2016-MA dated 10/03/2016}. 1. Tube size should be 13x75 mm. 2. Tubes must contain Sodium Fluoride along with EDTA in powder form or coated in the inner wall. 3. As per Ministry of Health & Family Welfare(Govt. of India)%u2019s Circular No. X.11035/379/2015-DFQC(Pt) dated 22/02/2019, the manufacturer should provide Indian Standard quality Certificate of ICMED/13485/ISI/ BIS. If the aforesaid Indian Standard quality certificate(s) is not available for the item, then US FDA/Europea n CE quality certificate should be provided. 4. The vendor must provide good quality of broad paper sticker on the tube so that patient ID can be written legibly on it. 5. Batch wise sterility/pyrogenicity/Toxicity certifi cate must be provided by the vendor. 6. Plastic tube with adequate combustion data to prove that it is safe for environment upon incineration. 7.
