Vacuum Clot Activator 4 ml Tube, {As per Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (Govt. of India) ?s Circular No. X.11035/379/2015-DFQC(Pt) dated 22/02/2019 and Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Ent erprises (Govt. of India)'s Policy Circular No. 1(2)(1)/2016-MA dated 10/03/2016}. 1. Tube size should be 13 x75 mm. 2. Tubes must contain Silica Clot Activator coated in the inner wall. 3. As per Ministry of Health & F amily Welfare(Govt. of India)'s Circular No. X.11035/379/2015-DFQC(Pt) dated 22/02/2019, the manufactur er should provide Indian Standard quality Certificate of ICMED/13485/ISI/BIS. If the aforesaid Indian Standar d quality certificate(s) is not available for the item, then US FDA/European CE quality certificate should be p rovided. 4. The vendor must provide good quality of broad paper sticker on the tube so that patient ID can be written legibly on it. 5. Batch wise sterility/pyrogenicity/Toxicity certificate must be provided by the ven dor. 6. Plastic tube with adequate combustion data to prove that it is safe for environment upon incineratio n. 7.
