Used SMF/Lead Acid Batteries of Assosrted sizes and capacities (01 Lot of 66 nos.) lot 01 Bid Validity Period: 120 Days. EMD: Rs. 2, 500/- NOTE: 1. THE BIDDERS WHO POSSES VALID LICENSE FOR RECYCLING/ REPROCESSING ISSUED BY POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD (MoEF/CPCB/SPCB) WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN AUCTION. 2. BIDDERS HAVE TO SUBMIT/UPLOAD ALL VALID LICENSE ISSUED BY POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD ALONG WITH EMD AND ANNEXURE-"B" FAILING WHICH EMD OF SUCH BIDDERS WILL BE REJECTED. Auction Details: Bidders will not be permitted to participate in auction without submission of Earnest Money Deposit. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Sub Pay Officer, AMD, NER” payable at Shillong and a copy of the same shall be uploaded in the Gem Portal. Original Demand Draft of EMD along with copy of Annexure "B" of NIT duly Signed and sealed by the purchaser shall be submitted to In-charge, Stores, AMD COMPLEX, PO : NONGMYNSONG, SHILLONG - 793019 in a sealed envelope super scribing boldly Tender Number/Auction Number so as to reach before the EMD due date and time. EMD will be forfeited if the bidder withdraws or amends impairs or derogates from tender in any respect within the period of validity of the Tender/Auction. Bidders who wish to participate in this tender/auction must be registered under GST. Inspection of Materials: Inspection of Material is permitted on all working days between 27/10/2025 to 14/11/2025 from 10.00 to 16.00 hrs.
