Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be in the form of Demand Draft draw in favour of “Pay and Accounts Officer, PREFRE, BARC, TARAPUR” payable at Tarapur and a copy of the same must be uploaded in the GeM Portal on or before 17/12/2025 15.30HRS. Original Demand Draft of EMD along with original of Annexure “B” of ATC duly signed by the purchaser shall be submitted to Asstt.
