Item Title: Upvc Door
Item Description: Providing and fixing of factory made uPVC white colour casement door, UPVC multichambered extruted frame, sash and mullion profile. Frame duly reinforced with 1.2mm GI section box tpe chamber and sash with 1.5mm thick GI section (± 0.2mm) based on wind load calculations (shape and size according to upvc Profiles), appropiate dimentions of uPVC extruded glazing bead, EPDM gasket (K/O Type), seperate drainage system, SS34 grade friction hinges 2D/3D plate hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handle, GI fastener 8x100 mm size for fixing frame to finish wall, plastic packer and caps and necessary steel screws etc. Profile of frame and sash shall be metered cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion shall be also fusion welded/joined mechanically including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing of frames, gap between frame and adjascent wall shall be filled with PU foaam / backer rod required size and the approved quantity. after that sealed with weather proof silicon sealant at both side, all complete as per approved drawing and direction of EIC
