Dry cleaning, wet sweeping of ï¬‚oors and disinfection/ sanitization of whole building & toilets including ï¬xtures like wash basin, WC pan (Indian type & European type), urinal stall, toilet ï¬‚oor & walls upto dado level i.e. glazed tiles ï¬xed on wall, cleaning of mirror, pantry attached, staircase, common places, corridor, all rooms passage & complete premises of oï¬ƒce and collecting garbage etc. in the basket and stacking/ dumping the garbage at nominated place within railway area as directed by the Engineer in-charge or his authorised representative at site of work with contractor's all labour, consumables materials like muriatic acid, phenol, harpic, detergent, nephthalene ball, tools & plants etc complete. Rate also include weekly cleaning of carpet/ sofa sets with vaccum cleaner. Frequency- 5 day in a week (excluding holidays) (total ï¬‚oor area 6411 Sqm as location mentioned in Annexure-A).
