Up-gradation of PAL borer no.1 manipulator control system: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Servo Drive, Servo Motor and PLC system with peripherals for PAL borer no.1 manipulator . 1. Existing system details: PLC system : Messung make 5K PLC with peripherals & Industrial computer. Dri ve : Digital drive controller DKC01.3-100-7-FW pt no. R911279429 with firmware part no: R911285655-FWA -ECODR3-SMT-02VRS-MS of M/s. Rexroth make. Motor: Servomotor part no: MKD112D, 48Nm, 2000 rpm of M/s. Rexroth make 2. The up-gradation shall be suitable with existing gear box mounting arrangement. 3. T he up-gradation is to be interfaced with Siemens 840D controller. 4. The necessary wiring and modification s required for up-gradation shall be covered by firm's scope of work. 5. The firm shall supply one industrial computer with necessary software and license. 6.
