BOQ Item Description: Deployment of Unskilled Workmen daily as and when required for regular maintenance of lawns, ornamental plants and hedge plants, including uprooting of unwanted grass weeds and preparation of soil, trimming lawns by lawn mower, including cutting, dressing and sticking supports if needed in hedge and ornamental plants. All the materials, tools, tackles and lawn mower to be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.
Note - Minimum Twelve (12) nos. labours to be supplied regularly for lawn maintenance works and one (01) no. of labour for maintenance of seasonal flowers of selected varieties as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.
Rates for supply of manpower (Item 69) shall be inclusive of area-wise applicable Daily Minimum wages, Employer contributions for EPF, EDLI and ESI, EPF Admin charges, Bonus and any other statutory payments, GeM Service charges or contractor Profit, provision for Earned Leave etc.
