Item Title: Unloading of Wagons
Item Description: The Job Includes: 01. Assisting Railways official in placing Wagons in gantry. 02. Connecting all liquid/vapour arms and earthing connections within 2 hours of wagon placement. 03. Supervising and assisting wagon unloading operation and coordinating with plant officials in wagon unloading operation. 04. Dis-connecting all liquid/vapour arms within 1 hours of wagon unloading and reporting to plant officers. 05. Assisting Railways official in towing out Wagons from gantry. 06. Record keeping of all wagon details as per format provided by plant officers. 07. Assistance towards weighing of wagon during entry of wagon (laden wagon weighing) and exit of wagon (empty wagon). Note: 1. Minimum 2 workmen per shift per rake shall be deployed for rake unloading and one for supervision and assistance of unloading wagons during the full duration of operation. However, for connection/dis-connection job extra manpower is required to be deployed as per site requirement. Over and above the workmen deployed one person shall be deployed towards assistant for weighing of wagon during entry and exit of wagon. 2. Plant is operational from 06:00 hrs. to 23:00 hrs. But the rake can come anytime even in nights and on holidays. The contractor has to arrange manpower whenever rake comes for connection/disconnection and has to follow the same without fail. If contractor fails to provide the services or delays the services after reporting rake at the plant gate as per PO requirements, same will be penalized as per plant manager's discretion. 3. Party to visit site before bidding to get the exact quantum and nature of work.
