The pro grammer shall have a 16-channel ISP with a total of 56 dedicated high-speed, high-voltage isolated IO chan nels. VCC voltage shall be adjustable from 1.8 V to 6.5 V in 64 levels, and VPP voltage shall be adjustable fr om 9 V to 25 V in 64 levels, with a power consumption of 5 V. Programming speed shall be high, for exampl e, W25Q80 shall program and verify in 3.5 seconds + 0.3 seconds at 30 MHz, SPI NOR Flash 25Q128 in 30 s econds + 5.4 seconds, P_NAND 29F1G08AB in 27 seconds + 17 seconds, and P_NOR Flash EN29LV320 as p er manufacturer specifications. The device shall feature a 32-bit MCU operating at 120 MHz, with a 4-layer PCB design, USB 2.0 High Speed interface (480 Mbps), and dimensions of 10 ? 6.5 ? 2.8 cm.
