Union Bank of India invites applications for new branch premises on lease basis in Bhopal District. The requirements include premises of 1700 sq. feet carpet area for Chuna Bhatti, Katara Hills, and Awadhpuri, and 2000 sq. feet carpet area for Retail Loan Point (RLP) Bhopal. The premises should be situated on the ground floor at commercial places. The application consists of a Technical bid and a Financial bid, which can be obtained from the Regional Office or the bank's website. The last date for submission is 26.11.2025 by 01:00 PM. A non-refundable pay order/demand draft of Rs. 1000 is mandatory with the Technical Bid. The lease agreement will be for a minimum of 10 years, with rent increments every 5 years.
