BOQ Item Description: Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of Lamella Clarifier Mechanism to fit into Clarifier tank which will arranged to from a separate sedimentation chamber or the cells between each pair of adjacent plates. The overlapping additive projected area of several plates will be factor of increasing surface settling area proportion to the number of plates used. The inlet flow will divide and enter the tower part of each sedimentation cell from its two opposite sides. As the water will displace upward in smooth, gently flow, the suspended solids coalesce to form precipitates which will settle in the chambers on the lower portion of each lamella plate. Influent water flows upwards over the plates. The deposited precipitates increase in size until they slide or roll down the inclined surface of the plates. This will then collected in the hopper provided at the bottom of the separator, for 5 KLD sewage Treatment plant as specified in scope of work
