Item Description: Towing hook to be overhauled and proved for proper functioning, carry out survey of foundation and weld joints involving class surveyor. Remote release mechanism to be overhauled and proved for satisfactory operation from all locations. Job involves, following:- (i) Renewal of all grease nipples (ii) Renewal of pneumatic hose with end fittings, - 10 mtr cu line . (iii) Renewal of flexible hose connection for pressure reducer assembly.- 04 mtr (iv) Check and repair solenoids for satisfactory operation of Towing hook, Spares CG supply. (v) Towing hook to be load tested and certificate to be rendered. Operating load- 75 T, Mat- Firm supply, Spares - CG Supply. DO complete overhauling of Towing hook. Load test in presence of class surveyor. Procedure for load testing to be followed as prescribed in manual/ INBR 1552. Material - Firm supply. Spares - CG supply. All inway jobs included. Firm to provide load test certificate and class reports.
