(1) Visual Tape free from wrinkle & visual defect. (2) Dimension: (a) Width 8" (Inch) (b) Length 20 Mtrs (c)Thickness 0.30 - 0.18 mm. (3) Tensile Strength KG (25-30 min) (4) Elongation (%) 5 min. (5) Adhesive to steel (g/2.5cm) 3000 minimum. (6) Water permeability Not more than two drops after two hours. (7) Weather Resistance to pass 200 hrs. As per SAEJ 1960 IN STD XENON ARC Base should pass the test. (8) Oil Resistance should pass the test. (9) Alkali Resistance: should pass the test. (10) MVPT as per IND /ME/790(A): The moisture absorption should not be more than 200g/m square/24 hours at 40 degree Celcius.
