T.No.Dy.CE/C-II/JU/T-08/LUNI-SMR-BLDI Hiring of agency for land acquisition as per Railway Act-1989 or any other land acquisition act in connection with Luni- Samdari-Bhildi Doubling Project, Ras- Merta New Line project & Marwar Bypass New Line project of Jodhpur division of North Western Railway under Dy.CE/Construction-I and Dy.CE/Construction-II units of Jodhpur.
Preparation of khasra details, land owner details, etc. in softand hard copies for publication of notifications like 20A, 20E, 20F(4), etc. and its submission to CALA for approval andprinting of approved copy in 5 numbers for publishing innewspapers and national gazette as per land acquisition process mentioned in Railway Act, 1989 or any other act asapplicable. This also includes preparation of any supplementary 20A, 20E, notifications, if required, and its cost is included and shall not be paid again. This work also includes assisting state officials in processing of information of notifications, public notices, etc. like typing letters in Hindi, English and in any other local language. This work also includes legal searching and title investigation that is required for collecting information about land owners including hiring of advocate, if required. Note: 1) 30% payment shall be madeafter publication of notification as per para 20A .2) 40%payment shall be made after publication of notification as perpara 20E. 3) 10% payment shall be made after publication ofpublic notice under para 20F(4) . 4) 20% payment shall be made after completion of land acquisition process.
