Auction Detail: This is to inform all the Recyclers/Re-processors registered with Central Pollution Control Board/ State Pollution Control Board that a public auction of 14 Split Air Conditioners “As is where is” basis will be held on GEM Portal. Inspection of these items can be done during Auction Period at the below address. Interested parties may submit their bid for disposal of the surplus or obsolete or unserviceable e-waste items “as is where is” basis mentioned at Annexure-II. Interested firm may inspect the items at the below mentioned address Office of the Pr. Additional Director General, National Academy of Indirect Taxes, Customs & Narcotics, Zonal Campus, NACIN Patna, 6 th floor, Karpuri Thakur Sadan, Kendriya Karmchari Parisar, Ashiyana-Digha Road, Patna. Eligibility Criteria:- a. The Participant must be registered as a Recycler/ Re-processor/ Dismantler/ Collection/ Storage of e-Waste with the Central Pollution Control Board or with State Pollution Control Board. b. The Participant should not have been blacklisted by any Department of the Government of India or of any State/ or by any PSU/ Autonomous Organization of Government. General Terms and Conditions:- 1. The participating bidder shall submit their interest on GEM Portal and duly filled financial bid as per GEM Portal Criteria. 2. Intending bidders may inspect the items on any working day during Auction Period by contacting G.L. section 6th floor, Karpuri Thakur Sadan, Kendriya Karamchari parisar, Ashyiana Digha Road, Patna. 3. The bidder should be registered with the Ministry of Environment & Forest / Central Pollution Control Board / State Pollution Control Board as Authorized Recycler / Re-processor of E waste and the documents in support of the said registrations should be renewed and enclosed with the Bid. 4.
