This is a gauge required for checking locomotive wheel profile parameters related to safety o f train operation. Urgently required for providing these gauges for schedule work Bogie Section/Mill Wright Section in Shed, Pune Trip Shed, Miraj Trip Shed and for attending online investigations. Hence may kindly r etender the case proposal with revised description as follows: " Wheel Profile Gauge for B.G. Loco as per R DSO Drawing No. SKDL-3592, Alt-6 or latest for measurement of flange wear, root wear, tread wear, tyre thi ckness, wheel diameter and flat spot measuring gauge. The material shall be made of stainless steel with h ardened steel wheel measuring pointers. Gauge has laser etched permanent measuring scales for easy to r ead precise readings. Material shall be supplied in well-padded carrying case with working Manual along wit h calibration certificate traceable to NABL standards calibration validity minimum 12 month. Warranty mini mum 12 month. Calibration and warranty certificate valid from the date of supply.
