This auction covers the disposal of unserviceable store items at the Regional Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (NER), Guwahati. Following a physical inspection a total of 30 surplus and unserviceable items—comprising one Canon Image Runner Advance 3320 printer/copier and 29 office furniture units (including executive, visitor, and revolving chairs, as well as a reception counter)—have been declared beyond economical repair due to non-availability of spare parts and completion of their utility life.

Auction Detail: Special Terms and Conditions for Forward Auction 1. The auction is being conducted for disposal of condemned/unserviceable material on “AS IS WHERE IS”, ”NO COMPLAINTS BASIS” and “WHATEVER THERE IS BASIS”. 2. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any request for participation without assigning any reason thereof in the interest of smooth completion of auction/disposal process. 3. The successful bidder (H1 bidder) shall deposit the full bid value within the stipulated time period prescribed in the auction terms failing which action shall be taken as per GeM provisions/rules. 4. In case the successful bidder fails to deposit the auction value within the prescribed period or refuses to lift the materials, the auction may be cancelled and the competent authority reserves the right to re tender/re-auction the materials at the risk and cost of the defaulting bidder as admissible under rules. 5. The successful bidder shall arrange transportation, labour, loading/unloading and lifting of materials at his/her own cost and responsibility. 6. The department reserves the right to cancel the auction wholly or partially without assigning any reason thereof. 7.The department reserves the right to rectify any clerical mistake, omission, excess inclusion, wrong description, or inadvertent error in the auction list/catalogue at any stage before final lifting of materials. No bidder shall have any claim or right on such mistakenly included items and no complaint or compensation in this regard shall be entertained.
