The Village Panchayat Naroa invites sealed quotations from experienced agencies for conducting the reassessment of all taxes in Village Naroa, Bicholim, Goa, including House Tax, Professional Tax, and other Taxes for the next five years (2026-27 to 2031-32). The reassessment will be based on the measurement of plinth floor area of the houses/buildings with photographs, in accordance with the relevant law and the Goa Panchayat Raj Act 1994. The lowest quotation will be accepted, and payment will be made in phases as per fund availability, subject to the completion of the reassessment work.
