The tender is for the procurement of a building with a carpet area of approximately 1500 to 3000 square feet, which should include about 06 rooms and 02 toilets. The building must be located within 01 km of Vikas Bhawan in Bhimtal. Interested building owners must submit a map of their building and rental rates in separate sealed envelopes. The building should not be more than 150 meters from the main road, at least 15 feet from the road, and must have secure parking for 01 to 02 staff cars and 04 two-wheelers.
