Tender's Details
The tender is for outsourcing ultrasound services at Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli. The Principal Chief Medical Officer invites offers from qualified diagnostic centers in Raebareli to provide ultrasound facilities to MCF beneficiaries at NABL/Non NABL approved rates or below CGHS rates. The diagnostic center must be equipped with modern equipment and registered under the PNDT Act. Services must adhere to current CGHS rates of Lucknow, valid for one year from empanelment. Payment will be based on approved CGHS rates, and all disputes will be arbitrated by the General Manager of MCF. A Performance Bank Guarantee of Rs. 50, 000 is required.
