The tender is for the establishment of two additional Agri Clinics in Hazaribagh district under the state plan for the financial year 2025-26. The Agri Clinics will provide twelve services to farmers, including soil health cards, Kisan Credit Cards, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, micro-irrigation systems, licenses for trading agricultural inputs, agricultural equipment, farming advice, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, and irrigation facilities. The clinics will operate daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed on Sundays and holidays. A fee of Rs. 7, 00, 000 per Agri Clinic per financial year is required. The implementing agency will be selected by a committee chaired by the Deputy Commissioner, Hazaribagh, and must enter into a one-year MoU, extendable for up to three years based on performance. The Agri Clinic building must be in a government building and cover 1592 square feet.
