The tender is for the appointment of contractors for balance construction works under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) for Logix Blossom Greens. The scope includes Tower Works such as civil, RCC, brickwork, staircases, railings, flooring, plastering, waterproofing, painting, windows, doors, lifts, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, drainage, and final clean-up. Additionally, it covers Common Area Works including STP, WTP, ESS/Sub-station, water supply, fire-fighting, boundary walls, peripheral roads, and obtaining statutory approvals.
