The repair, maintenance, and servicing of various types of Air Conditioning (AC) unit of capacity 1.5 Tonne, installed at Sub Divisional Office Dharamkot For Followng Works Repair of PCB (Printed Circuit Board): Diagnosis and repair of the existing PCB to restore full functionality. Servicing: Comprehensive cleaning of the AC unit, including the condenser and evaporator coils, fan, and air filters. Refrigerant Gas Refill: Topping up or completely refilling the refrigerant gas to the manufacturer-specified level. Capacitor Replacement: Supply and installation of a new capacitor compatible with the AC unit. Providing and fixing a brand-new voltage stabilizer of approved make, suitable for a 1.5-ton AC, with the following minimum specs: * Input Voltage Range: 130V-300V * Output Voltage: 200V-240V ±5% * Capacity: Minimum 4 kVA * Type: Wall-mounted/floor-mount as per site * Technology: Copper winding, low/high cut-off protection, time delay system * Warranty: Minimum 2 years (replacement/repair)
