BOQ Item Description: The overhead tank of capacity 1000 litres should be constructed with half brick wall of 1 is to 3 cement mortor on 10cm thick RCC 1 is to 2 is to 4 slab resting on two brick walls of 1 is to 4 cement mortor with 1 is to 4 cement mortor with 1 is to 4 cement plastering at 35cm height from the floor level The tanks should be neat finished with cement plaster outside and inside with water proofing materials 50mm thick precast RCC 1 is to 2 is to 4 is to slab including both side neat cement finish will be provided . An outlet GI pipe or bend with plug should be grouted at the time of floor slab casting The tank should be leak proof and the completed tanks shall be checked by the representative of Corporation before being taken over old M. S tanks should be removed and returned to Estate Section his own arrangement . All required materials will be issued free of cost From Central Store or Estate.
