The Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. (MSEDCL), represented by the Chief Engineer (Nashik Zone) (hereinafter referred to as "the Employer"), wishes to receive bids for supply, test, transport, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of new 33/11KV substation, HT line OH/UG and other allied works, including Five year guarantee for 6 major equipment (power transformer, conductor, Switchgear & control gear (including 33 KV/11 KV Breakers and panels), metering equipment, APFC and HT/LT cables) and 2 years defects liability period for works and minor items i.e. insulator, clamps, angles and channels etc under the MIDC Phase-I& II scheme on single point responsibility, indivisible “Turnkey” contract basis for the project completion period of 9 Months as defined in these bidding documents (hereinafter referred to as "the Works”), and as described in the Bidding Documents.
