The Government of Karnataka is inviting applications for engaging Consultants for the Project Management Unit (PMU) established in the Revenue Department (Disaster Management) for effective monitoring and implementation of the World Bank-funded Karnataka Water Security and Disaster Resilience Program (KWSDRP). The program aims to enhance disaster resilience through structural and non-structural measures, developing climate-resilient infrastructure to mitigate the impacts of floods and droughts, and strengthening disaster risk governance and resilience mechanisms. Positions available include Environment and Social Development Specialist, Disaster Risk Management and Mitigation Specialist, Information Technology and Management Information Systems Specialist, and Technical Specialist - Civil/Structural Engineering.
