The blinds shall be provided with heavy-duty powder-coated aluminium roller tube, matching bottom rail, side brackets and all necessary accessories for smooth, noiseless and maintenance-free operati on. Fabric shall be flame-retardant, UV-resistant, dust-resistant, anti-fungal, colour-fast and easy to clean. T he fabric colour and shade shall be selected by the consignee/OS-in-charge to complement the interior d?c or and maintain a professional, elegant and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Preferred shades shall inclu de dual-tone Beige, Off-White, Light Grey, Sandstone, Coffee Brown or equivalent approved colours suitable for Control Offices, Conference Halls, DRM/ADRM cabins and VIP meeting rooms, while ensuring the require d blackout performance. The blinds shall be custom-fabricated to actual site dimensions and installed comp lete in all respects. The quoted rate shall include site measurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning and a minimum 24-month warranty against manufacturing and installation defects. Approximate Size: 6'-8" (Actual dimensions shall be measured at site before fabrication and installation). [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
