The Agency will have to provide operators for 24 Hrs. a day (Round The Clock) in shift of 8 hours per operators.2] Outsource operators shall be designate person as per Electrical safety measures for operation & should be Minimum ITI Electrical/ Diploma course passed.3) The operators to be engaged should have experience of handling similar type of work.5) Issue of permit for outage/shutdown to authorized persons as required.6) Reporting of breakdowns and all other S/stn related information of the sub-station to S/stn. incharge, control room at Circle office, S.D.O-s & Executive Engineer of the concerned division.
