Tender for leasing of SLR in various trains originating over Delhi Division. Note: The bidder may kindly note that the Advertisement value shown in NIT is without escalation. Final Advertisement value shall include escalations as per escalation clause. Moreover, it should also be noted that Railway Administration reserves the full and absolute rights to short terminate these tenders/contracts at any point of time (or for taking any decision regarding the discontinuation/continuation of these tenders/contracts with modified/additional terms and conditions) depending upon the continuation/discontinuation of any of these trains or commencement of new train services. The originating stations of some trains may have been temporary changed/revised from the originating stations of regular trains due to internal reasons for time being. However, the same may be restored as and when required. Accordingly, tenders for some trains/compartments are being invited from originating stations of regular trains. Moreover, Railways reserve the rights to modify the terms and conditions regarding these trains (including Reserve Price/Lease Price) in proportionate to change in Distance/Route.
