Item Description: (a) Items should be of best quality and of reputed make. (b) The sample approval is mandatory before opening the bid. (c) Commercial bids of only those bidders will be opened whose samples are approved by the board of officers. (d) Bidders have to provide physical sample of all items after opening of technical bids within 48 hours. It is responsibility of the bidder to keep abreast with the bidding process and mails recd in relation to it. The bid will be cancelled if samples are not received with 48 hrs of receiving the intimation. Bidder is also requested to see the correctness of mail id and this office will not be responsible in any way if wrong email id is submitted by the bidder. (e) Items must be supplied in proper sealed packing
