T/431: Train Examination Advice/Report Book containing 100 Leaves each, size 8.5x12 I nch (21.5cm X 30.5 cm). Paper to be used 60 GSM, Maplitho paper conforming to IS specifications 184 8/2007 or latest for inner pages and Paper Kraft 110 GSM, (GR II %u2013 finishing) conforming to IS: 1 397/1990 or latest for cover. The book to be printed in Hindi and English bilingual in single colour with black ink on one side with numbering at three placesas per specimen. Binding:- Two wire stitch on left with Kraft paper. Packing Conditions :- 02-03 bundles of 20 bookseach shall be packed in suitable size of five ply corrugated paper constructions carton box conforming to IS : 2771 (part-1) 1990 with amen dment No.1 and 2 and style 0620 od IS 6481 : 1971. The weight of carton shall not exceed 15-16 Kgs. approx. The carton shall be than closed with gum paper tap 50 mm (min.) wide and finally secured by nylon strapping of size 13mm wide 02 nos. each side. The edge of nylon strap shall be heat sealed ov erlapping each other by min. 25 mm. Packing slip must be pasted on carton box indicating PO No. & o ther details. Note :- Numbering shall be given by consignee. The art work for printing and sample book complete in all respect should be got approved from consignee before bulk supply. as per Specn.
