Item Description: Printing and supply of T/351, Signal & Telecommunication Disconnection/ Reconnection Notice Book, containing 100 leave in size: 21.5 x 28.6 cms paper to be used 70 GSM Maplitho paper confirming to IS specification 1848/2007 or latest for inner pages and paper kraft 110 GSM, ( GR II - finishing ) confirming to IS 1397/1990 or latest for cover. The book to be printed in Hindi & English bilingual in three colours text in black and mark for '' Band'' (Symbol) in two colours i.e. Red & Green on one side with numbering at three places as per specimen. Binding : Two wire stitch on left with Kraft Paper. Packing : 03-04 bundles each of 20 books to be packed in suitable size 05 Ply corrugated carton boxes. Packing slip must be pasted on carton box indicating PO No. particulars of item, quantity box no. etc. Note :- (i) Numbering shall be given by consignee. The art work for printing and sample book complete in all respect should be got approved from consignee before bulk supply. (ii) only 01 page DTP setting is required and rest of the matter is same
